Shipping Policy:

At ShoeMGK Canada, we are committed to providing reliable shipping services to our customers across Canada. Please review the following details regarding our flat rate shipping, shipping methods, and important shipping guidelines.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping:

We offer flat rate shipping for most of Canada. Flat rate orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the time your order is processed. Below is the flat rate shipping cost per province.  Please Note that we do not offer flat rates for NT, PEI, NF, YK and NWT

Please Note:

• Orders are prepared for shipment from our warehouse Monday to Friday mornings at 10:00 AM.
• Orders received after Friday morning will be prepared and shipped on the following Monday.
• There is no order processing or shipping preparation from Friday to Monday.

Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders via UPS to any physical address within Canada. We do not offer shipping outside of Canada. In addition to our flat rate shipping we offer the following shipping methods as well:

• UPS Standard: 2-5 business days
• UPS Express: Next Business Day by 10:30am
• UPS Express Saver: Next Business Day by end of day

Please note that shipping times are estimates and apply to transit time from the point of shipment, not from the time of order. Allow 1-2 business days for order preparation before shipping. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Shipping Details:

• UPS transit times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
• Deliveries are made during regular business hours (Monday to Friday).
• If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the driver may leave the package in a safe location or leave a delivery attempt notice. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to ShoeMGK Canada, and we will contact the purchaser for further instructions.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned products.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, including:

• Unit, suite, or apartment number (if applicable)
• Street name
• City
• Postal code
• Contact telephone number

Re-shipments due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses will incur additional charges. If any address changes are required after the shipment has been made, a charge a $10.00 service fee per package will apply.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship outside of Canada. However, orders placed outside of Canada for delivery within Canada are accepted. For deliveries to U.S. addresses, please visit our U.S. website at www.shoemgk.com.
