Return and Refund Policy

At ShoeMGK Canada we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for unopened items in their original packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased. Opened or used items, as well as sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be processed in person at the store, and you will receive your refund the same day using the original method of payment. For exchanges, you can select a replacement item of equal value, or we will adjust the difference if necessary.
